I forgot to mention... Giantnerd has got the best deal I was able to find anywhere... BY FAR... the next lowest bag I found that was the exact same was going for $140... so it's kind of a no brainer.

Just got the bag to wear for my bike ride to and from work... it is a great bag... The laptop compartment is cool... bubbles and extra padding with a velcro latch and more than enough room to hold my 17" Toshiba w/ battery & cord, a change of clothes and shoes... camera, pens, pencils, umbrella, bike tool kit and other odds and ends. The cross strap is quick and easy to use. There's a latch which you can pull to give you slack to take the bag off or grab something from inside which has proven very useful. The rain has been pretty hectic as well and between the lining inside the bag as well as the compression straps, nothing in my bag has even gotten close to wet... I'm almost tempted to take it in the shower with me... but that seems wrong on some level.

The only downside on the bag is that there aren't any outside pockets. To get inside you have to unlatch the slack strap... swing it down and unbuckle the flap buckles and then open it... which is a bit of a drag when you're just grabbing your keys... but that's about it... and it's nice to find a bag that will take care of 98% of what I need... I can compensate for the missing 2%.

Overall... great bag... roomy... funtional and water tight... enjoy!
