The Surge is one of the favorite bags at The North Face. It has tons of space for all your stuff - gear, text books, files: you name it. The separate laptop compartment is extremely well-padded and makes use of small scraps of padding from our factories which helps to reduce wasted resources. It's also a great feature that makes it extremely easy to get to your laptop (great for the airport) without having to dig through all your other stuff.
The organization in the two outer pockets is second to none and helps you kep everything that you can't live without organized and easy to reach.
As with all products from The North Face, The Surge is built to last and will stand up to years of abuse.
