Thanks to its integrated carbon-spider design, the SRAM Force is SRAM's lightest crankset, weighing in at only 791g (Standard). A 6K carbon weave, developed and perfected in SRAM's dedicated carbon-fiber manufacturing facility, yields a one-piece design that's lighter and stiffer than traditional cranks. The arms are finished with a woven graphite sheet and clear coat for a deep, lustrous finish.

Will this crank work with a 9 speed Shimano ultegra drive train (9 speed shifters, derailleurs, chain, etc)?

This crankset is from 2009. It's a great lightweight, stiff crankset that is great for smaller riders with its 170mm crank arm length. I run this on my carbon Tommaso road bike.

The Sram Force Crankset will definitely fit your Velocita as it in English threaded. We only have this crankset available with 170mm length crank arms so it would work with a size 47, 50 or 52cm frame. If you are riding a larger frame it's probably not the best option as you would probably use a 172.5mm or 175 mm length crank arm. I have this crankset on my Volo and its very smooth and light!
