I've got the silver one of this, but I wish I got the Ice-Grey version, it looks so good! Functions the same, so I don't mind. The short cage works for me since I have a compact double crank and an 11-28 10-speed cassette. Make sure you get the right size!
This component is very very light first of all. It also shifts very smoothly and quick. This works well with my compact crank and a 11-28 cassette! This should be one of the first upgrades you do if you decide to start changing components, and the Ultegra is a huge jump from what I've been using.
