These cleats are easy to install and adjust overall, they work great with my Ultegra pedals. My only concern is that they wear out fairly fast if you treat your cleats the way I do. I usual burn through a set every season or two.

We definitely will be bringing the Shimano SPD-SL cleats back in stock as they fit our Shimano PD-Dura-Ace SPD-SL pedals and the Shimano R540 pedals. To lengthen the life of your road cleats, we recommend that you don't wear your road shoes to any dance parties or try to run any ultra distance running races as well.
