Sizing is accurate, durable shoe. I got these for my ride to work and haven't had any complaints about them. Look good, fit well, feel good, all in all, I would recommend them to anyone on a budget looking for a good shoe!

This a great shoe for a spin class as its an SPD compatible shoe. Most spin bikes with clipless pedals use SPD pedals. Be sure to check with your gym to make sure you get the correct cleats for the pedals that they use on their spin bikes.
