I have sasme JACKET

I love this jacket! The first time I put it on was November when it was chilly but not super cold. In cool weather it keeps the heat tight to your body and regulates temp so you do not over heat. It is currently January and -12 without the wind chill here in St. Paul MN and this jacket is still warm enough for everyday city use! Now as amazing as it is I took a star away because it rips easily. I wear my gear pretty hard but I babied this jacket and it still ripped. All in all this jacket is amazing and I HIGHLY recommend it. (buy a shell to go over top)

I am 6'2 190 and a medium fits really nicely.

I just had the pleasure of dealing with Mike in Customer service. I mistakenly canceled this jacket after ordering it hours ago. When I called back and attempted to reorder I was unable to get the jacket in the color, size or at the price I had originally ordered at because they were "gone". Instead of saying,"I'm sorry, sold out now", as most other on-line retailers, Mike was determined to make sure my order was processed as if I hadn't screwed it up.(which seemed quite difficult and took a lot of work on his part) Instead of treating me like the pain in the neck that I was, he treated me like a friend. Throughout my interaction he was always pleasant, in good humor, knowledgeable and determined to see that my transaction went through. Despite the fact that I am a first time customer and the problems which I encountered were entirely my fault, he was a genuine pleasure to deal with at the entire time. I have rarely encountered a customer service representative of this caliber who was so determined to see that my transaction went through without a hitch.
