Marmot has a minor penchant towards naming their products after classical deities. But unlike the Zeus jacket, the Marmot Venus has been perfectly christened. First, like the goddess Venus herself, this jacket is beautiful. The women’s specific design has been cast in several brilliant colors and has been built, appropriately enough, with Angel-Wing movement to offer graceful dexterity. Of course, Venus is a very hot planet (hot enough to melt lead). Marmot’s Venus too lives up to this standard and has been filled with 800 Fill down to keep you absolutely toasty (though slightly cooler than lead’s liquefying point).
