What's the minimum temp this jacket can be worn in when used alone as a single layer? And at what high temp would it become too hot to wear?

That's a tough question as someone from a warm climate like Florida would be acclimated to a warm climate whereas some one from like the Colorado High Country in a cold town like Breckenridge would be more used to the cold. What I can say is this is a great piece for high aerobic activities like nordic skiing or winter running and its also great for layering for say skiing when the temperature drops.
