Everyone wants to know sizing bought an L forest fatigue. I'm 5'9" 195 athletic build, long torso. Fit is tight around the beer belly, but the length in the front and back are perfect.
Love the weight of the jacket. I've tried it on with a button up and with a tee shirt and didn't see any problems other than the sleeves not wanting to cooperate with the button up's sleeves. I rocked a North Face Denali for 10 years (I can't believe it was that long, but I liked the ease and warmth the jacket brought). I intend for the gravity be everyday winter coat (sorry marmot, no hiking here) and replace my wore out North face. Who knows if it will hold up for 10 years? I went for a softshell because my wife has one and I like the fact that it can repel water, something the denali didn't do well.
Not crazy about the velcro sleeves, but they didn't see to get in the way.
