Great fit and finish

I'm 6'2", 205 lbs and I have a pretty long torso. As a result, I need a fairly long coat but don't like too much bulk.
I bought the Mountain Hardwear Compressor jacket in a large and it was too short in the torso. I exchanged it for an XL and it only seemed to get wider without getting much longer. I exchanged that one for an XL Ama Dablam and it is great. Really long through the torso and not too much width.
The jacket has a tiny bit more of a matte finish than the Compressor jacket, which I appreciate. The fill in this jacket is down (the compressor is synthetic) and that makes the jacket puffier. For me puffy is a plus -- the Compressor was neither puffy nor sleek and as a result just looked a bit frumpy.
As for performance, this jacket is quite toasty, though I haven't really put it through the rounds yet.

This jacket is awesome. Going into my second winter wearing it and could not be happier. You feel like your wearing your sleeping bag when you have this coat on, warm and comfortable. Seriously, consider purchasing the Ama Dablam, you will not be disappointed.
