Marin Bikes Portofino Road Bike
You want to ride with the efficiency of a race bike but you don't want all the stress on your body. The 2011 Marin Portofino Road Bike is part of the Natural Fit series that allows you to get the speed you want without the aches and pains afterwards. Crafted with the Marin Natural Fit 6061 Aluminum frame using Double Butted tubing and Hydro Edge Road Tubing, premier aluminum frame technology that cuts down on the poundage but still has top strength. The Marin RFE Carbon Fiber Road 1 1/8” Front Suspension is more rad technology that cuts down on poundage while smoothing out your ride.
The Portofino incorporates Shimano Components, including the Shimano Sora Rear Derailleur with Shmano 2300 series ST 8-speed shifters and front derailleur. Gain yardage at full speed with the FSA Vero Triple Crankset 52/42/30 and, merited for their durability, the Alex R450 Wheelset.
