Granola bars, cell phones, and pictures of your cat can be safely stowed in two side pockets or the vertical zip chest pocket. Wear it how you like it with an adjustable hem and, if the wind is really raging, full front zip with chin protection. Perfect for some sports or ice climbing endeavors, this torso-tarp is lightweight and easy to pack.
