The Masao is crafted from Mammut DRYtech Premium 3-layer Stretch Fabric that is merited for its wind- and waterproof properties while the twill weave makes it flexible very comfortable to wear. For the slight sprinkle that has begun, you can pull up the vertically and horizontally adjustable hood which is also helmet-compatible for the times you decide to take things to a gnarlier level. The two water-tight front pockets and chest pocket are bonded to protect your valuables (turkey sandwich, camera, cellphone in that order). When the rain stops and the sun appears, you can unzip the 2-way underarm vents for a sweat-free finish.
