This is the (line of the) famous bike on which Norman Stadler set the Ironman World Championships bike course record in 2004. Its aggressive geometry clearly says it all: it wants to go fast.

Unfortunately, the steep seat angle and the 172.5mm crankset on a "S" size means that this bike is not going to fit everyone. Considering I am close to 5'8'', I was a bit surprised to find that the "S" size recommended for riders between 5'2'' and 5'6'' just manages to fit me. I have to push the seat post all the way into the seat tube.

With that said, I know you can cut the seat tube and bring the seat post out of the seat tube a bit; but I really wonder how much you need to cut if you are really 5'2''. This will also cut away the Kuota logo on seat tube, which seems unintended.

I suspect the "S" size may very well fit a rider between 5'9''-5'10''. I have read the frame is designed for someone with disproportionally long legs and short torsos, but I disagree. Long legs yes, but it even fits if you have an average size torso. To sum up, the Kueen K is highly adjustable and fits a variety of riders. Just make sure you are flexible enough to please the Kueen.
