Nerd Bio
I am cross-training nerd extraordinaire. You name it, I play it, competitively -- except for basketball because I suck. Mountain biking, road biking, tele and alpine skiing, water skiing, kite boarding (beginner nerd), running, tennis, ping pong, softball, kickball, dodgeball, and some longboarding, ultimate and soccer.

Perfect for in-between weather
Perfect for when the weather is cool but not too cold and you just need to cut the wind a bit to keep your toes warm on a ride. Easy to get on and off and work well even in the nastiness of a CX race. A must have for any cool weather cyclist.

Smart socks
Anything SmartWool rules in my book, starting with their socks. I love the ultra light weight for cycling (and running), they fit perfectly and keep my feet warm and dry or cool and dry depending on the conditions. If you're on a multi-day adventure, you can wear these socks more than once (without washing) and still get the same great performance.

An essential
When the weather gets cooler, PI therma fleece arm warmers are the first thing I put on. They're comfortable, warm and stay put. I've worn them a few times in a downpour and despite getting wet, they kept me warm. They're light and fold up small so you can carry them anywhere and they show off my huge pipes.

Warm and cozy
PI hits the mark with the leg warmer. I've worn these on cold road and MTB rides and in snowy CX races. They stay put, keep me warm and move with me so I don't even notice I've got them on. Get these if you plan to ride in the cold. The ankle zippers are great for easy on off -- especially since it's such a pain to take tights on and off.

Versatile and warm
These PI knee warmers are the best for fall and spring riding. Easy on, easy off and they fit nicely with road or MTB shorts. A must-have accessory for staying warm (but not hot) if you ride in the cooler weather.

Best ever
While Sidi Dominators may seem expensive, fork over the cash because you won't be sorry. I've had my current pair for 2 years and have worn them on tons of different MTB and CX races and rides. They dominate the MTB shoe market because they;re durable, comfortable and stylish. What more do you want? Get em.
