Sizing for this bike I am 5' 7'' with a 30" inseam. I ordered the Medium and it fits great. Right in the middle of the seat post allowing and inch + adjustment in either direction. Hope this helps

2012 GTR Series 3 Roadbike... Awesome!
I usually don't write reviews but this bike deserves one.
I'm not a triathlete... or a competitive rider. I run 3-5 times a week and decided to look into roadbiking as a more friendly-on-the-knees cardio alternative. Was also excited about the prospect of saving some gas money by riding to work. I did some research and was a bit overwhelmed with the sheer number of road bike manufacturers. That being said...
This bike has been fantastic. I've had it for a couple months now. It looks great and rides smooth. I am 5' 7'', 165 lbs and the medium frame fits like a glove. The shifting is clean and responsive. The brakes still make a bit of noise, but the hardware is solid so I assume it's just a matter of me wearing them in. The bike is light as heck as well. If you want a sexy ride with performance to spare then this is a great option.
FYI... My only quam is that it didn't come with a water bottle rack but the description didn't say it did. $10 on Amazon later and problem fixed.
