Size   I currently rida a Trek 2200 54cm. I have shorter legs on my 5'5 frame, but go-go-gadget arms. Would a small fit my frame since it is because of my long arms that I always have to size up a little. Also, if I purchase, what is the return policy? Hard to size without riding, and it seems like I am right on the edge. THX
