Brakes    I would suggest you not ride free wheel wit just a front brake, you will eventually flip over the handle bars and hurt yourself. get two brakes, unless your riding fixed.

Off-road and Break Squeak    the wheels will squeak because they are not machined for a brake. and if you do decide to use brakes on the wheels you will eventually see the blue paint coming off where your brake is rubbing it. Personally... I am riding the bike fixed with a front brake and I swapped out the front wheel for something machined., and yeah it looks awesome.
