lockout or no?   does it have some way to adjust for climbing a hill? i'd hate to be bouncing up and down each time i make my up or lets say i want to ride to work on pavement?

lockout or no?   I just placed an order for my own Full Nelson thinking it does come with a lockout, but there are two questions now that suggest maybe or maybe not. Does it have a lockout?
