Sortie 2 great value, excellent customer service
I ordered this bike as my first full suspension after riding a hardtail for a few months. I ride in Florida, mainly in the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale area. This is an excellent bike for an intermediate rider like myself and very terrain versatile. The bike's geometry is also the most comfortable of any I tried, which is why I picked it. I tried the Stumpjumper and several Treks and Cannondales and found the Diamondback and Treks to have the best geometry for me, and the Diamondback was less expensive with higher end components. All in all I am very satisfied. I had some minor problems with my order, which Giantnerd handled promptly and pleasantly. Customer service between Giantnerd and Nashbar is like night and day.
