Tried a pair on in a local bike shop and the fit was as the title of my review suggest. Adding them to my cart now. BTW they were $250 in the bike shop.

This is not a good walk around shoe as it uses a traditional road cleat that is tough to walk in. Check out the links below for good commuter shoes that are SPD compatible.

The main difference between a tri shoe and a road shoe is that a tri shoe is much easier to take on and off for those quick switches during a triathlon.

Also the Velcro strap goes from the outside to the inside so that it can't get caught in the chain before it is fastened, and they are lined for use without socks, and they dry quick. A rider can start pedaling with feet on top of the shoes, and then strap in on the go.
