After going through a few cane creeks and other brands of headsets with supreme pitting, i eventually shelled out for the Pig. Even on urban use this thing is a beast and i know i'll never have to replace it. It's now become the choice of many in my LBS because of the durability and no nonsense of it.
Plus, you have a headset called "The Pig", it's a great conversation starter.

I bought this headset after breaking yet another Chris King headset. Pressed it in and haven't touched it in more than a year. While a bit on the heavy side, its one of those things you don't have to worry about. Strong bearings, smooth, and inexpensive. This is tough to beat. I will be putting one on my slopestyle bike for the 2010 contest season.
