Discounted Expedited Holiday Shipping
Orders over $100 that ship within the continental USA qualify for discounted overnight shipping. We are talking about the lower 48 states when we say continental, to be clear. To be more clear that’s all 50 USA states except Alaska and Hawaii. To actually get your order shipped free make sure to select the free overnight shipping option when available in the shopping cart estimator or checkout page.
Bikes, frames, and other oversized items do not qualify for discounted expedited shipping and will not have a promotional shipping method in shipping estimators or the checkout, however we are offering an additional $30 in Nerd Dollars for bikes purchased that ship overnight between now and December 23rd, 2010 @ 3pm.
365 DAY RETURNS
Your satisfaction is our success. Giantnerd® offers a solid 365 day return policy on every item we sell. All you have to do is return it within 365 days and we'll refund your order down to the last penny. All we ask is that you return it in the same condition it arrived, with the original packaging intact. You pay return shipping; but honestly, with a year to get it back to us, there's no reason to foot the bill for that fancy overnight stuff. As long as you aren't bent on making a fort out of your new bike's box, you're covered.
