Blackburn Mars 3.0 Rear Light
The Blackburn Mars 3.0 Rear Light is tour de force that makes Edison's light bulb look like a child's plaything. This ruby-red shiner packs a lot of punch with (count them) five super-bright LEDs, and two amber side LEDs for side visibility. It has not only steady and flash, but also a chase mode where the lights "chase" themselves rapidly so one is always lit. Believe me, your Christmas tree is going to have some jealousy issues.
Feel free to burn, baby, burn because it will stay lit for 50 hours of steady light or 150 hours of flashing light. Since Blackburn takes their gear very seriously, your light won't flicker and die during rush hour in the dead of winter. I picked up this light for commuting to and from work and also the voyager. This rear light is extremely bright and can be seen from quite a distance. it simply mounts to the seat post in a matter of seconds. I am very happy with this light.
