Blackburn Flea Front and Rear Combo, USB
The Blackburn Flea 4 LED Re-Chargeable USB Front/Rear Light Combo has a flexible and compact mounting design. The lights have three flash modes: Normal, Flashing and Chase. The run time for the Blackburn rechargeable Flea is 6 hours while on steady mode and 12 hours if flashing. This versatile front bike light is small and has a hook/loop strap mounting system which allows them to mount amost anywhere. The back light has a clip which allows you to clip it to anything on your bike or your backpack. The Flea uses four super-bright Nichia LEDs with an innovative charging system using any computers USB drive.

Does anyone have real life experience with these lights? How bright are they day and night? How is the mounting and do they really hold a charge that well?

I started using this last week as my commuter light. At this time I am only on the headlight as I have another tail light. In riding home at 10pm I found the light to be OK for seeing the road considering its small size. I could see holes and sewer drains without a problem. What I didn't realize was there is an even brighter setting that I wasn't using. As for cars seeing you that is not an issues as this light is really bright. I went with the USB charger and it works really well. The USB action of plugging in feels really tight so be careful not to force. The light blinks when it charges and then gives a long flash when it is charged. So far, so good for me and I am really pleased.

I agree with the small and powerful. Super easy to mount, easy to charge. In the first few uses, I've gotten several hours of constant blinking.

I like this light as well and am amazed at how much light it gives off considering it's small size. The USB charging is also pretty .
