Be warned-BAMF stands for exactly what you think it does. BAMF doesn’t roll like those pretty boys with matching lycra kits and expensive power meters. If you ride a bike, and we mean really ride a bike, you know sting of a car bumper, the sound of a body hitting the ground and the taste of a warm beer in the morning. All the BAMF bikes are black (like the guys at BAMF are going to fight over color pallets) and come with minimal decal and a killer 4 color (gold, white, purple and blue)  sticker kit for you to create the look you want. Put the stickers on the bike, a cop car or your friend’s back. They take bikes seriously…like tattoos. They don’t want you to show up and see the exact same machine as some poser. BAMF wants you to make it your own-you’re paying for it-right?. Bikes are a permanent fixture in their life and they pour that passion into their work. The BAMF Assassin is a chromo steel 700c fixie ready to kill it! BAMF has this rolling sniper rifle bike dialed. BAMF spent miles and miles (and beers and beers) getting this whip just right. This bike was made for jumping curbs, giving the middle finger to the gas companies and ripping through town all night.

The Assassin starts with a mean chromo steel fixie frame in Assassin black. The fork is stout as a bouncer at a strip club. There’s one beautiful fixed gear (48x16t) and an included 16t freewheel on the flip-flop hub for those times you want to coast (be sure to have brakes installed before coast-mode). When there’s nothing but the quiet hum of a fixie drivetrain you can focus on the kill. Sneaky…just like an Assassin. 

There’s a BAMF track bar and BAMF Brass Knuckle stem holding everything together in the cockpit. The 32-spoked deep dish wheels will keep you pounding through town without a care. That’s the idea of the BAMF Assassin-there’s enough crap in the world to deal with and your bike shouldn’t be one more problem. The Assassin is the answer to traffic jams, annoying coworkers, early morning meetings and overcompensating ass-hats that drive Cadillac Escalades.

The BAMF Frame

BAMF’s foundation is solid steel chromoly creation with a 120mm track rear end, disc tab on the fork and 1-1/8” integrated headset. The frame has a 27.2 seat post diameter and a 68mm English threaded bottom bracket. The head tube is designed to accept IS-2 standard threadless 1-1/8” bearings.

The BAMF Fit 

Sizing a fixie bike is no different, or more difficult, than any other style of bike. By reviewing the size chart you will see a measurement called the “Eff Top Tube”, also known as the Effective Top Tube Measurement. This is what the top tube would measure if it was parallel to the ground. It is an imaginary line the runs from the center of the head tube to the center of the seat tube if the seat tube was extended like a traditional frame. The size chart also lists suggested heights for the different frame sizes. This is far more helpful in sizing a bike than standing over the top tube and pulling up on the handlebars (which tells you nothing about the fit of a bike). BAMF offers four sizes to accommodate riders large and small. It will be easy to find a fit for all of our customers.

The stem can also be flipped and adjusted higher for scoping hotties or a lower position to a more streamline position in minutes. The lower top tube keeps the center of gravity low and the makes for an easy approach to getting on the bike. This BAMF bike was designed with the user’s needs and comfort as the #1 priority. 

The BAMF Feel

The BAMF crew spent a lot of time getting this frame right. You will immediately feel the smooth and assassin quick flow on the pavement. The deep dish rims are sick and will keep you rolling and riding’ dirty! The all black BAMF track drop will take care of the steering. Thin enough to squeak through traffic yet wide enough to allow for easy directional changes. The all black crank will whip the power through the cranks and the black chain is just as tough as it looks.
