A pack company out of Cortez, Colorado. The company started in 1974. A company that not only builds great quality packs, they also listen to their customers and do not release a pack unless it offers something unique and needed by their customers. For example, they spent more than 5 years working on their Hydraulics line up. They did not want to release just another water pack, they wanted to release the best one on the market. Check out the Raptor and Manta. They utilize a new and updated Nalgene reservoir that prevents leaks and that bulge that pushes into your back.
Osprey also works directly with their customers if there is ever a problem with the pack, their fault or yours. They will take care of it through their "All Mighty Guarantee". Your dog gets ahold of it?! Fixed.
Osprey will repair for any reason, free of charge, any damage or defect in our product – whether it was purchased in 1974 or yesterday. If we are unable to perform a functional repair on your pack, we will happily replace it. We proudly stand behind this guarantee, so much so that it bears the signature of company founder and head designer, Mike Pfotenhauer.
