Relentlessly Cut Waste and Inefficiencies: Just because something has been done a certain way for a period of time does not make it the right. From our products to our personnel, we strive to be efficient every step of the way. We don't make decisions based on ego or ceremony. If something is not working optimally we improve it or cut it and we find new and innovative ways to automate tasks so that we can focus our time on what is most important. While this is no easy task, it's one we're dedicated to achieving day in and day out.
